Sensixa is a spin-off company from Imperial College London Hamlin center of robotics.
The Smallfry team were asked to apply their research and technology into two products that form the backbone of their Body Sensor Network kit that allows development teams to collect data and improve medical outcomes for chronic disease recovery, elderly care, developmental stress issues and athletic performance. 
MONITORING CYSTIC FIBROSIS RECOVERY
Skeletal muscle impairment is an important complication of chronic respiratory diseases and has been recognized as a feature of cystic fibrosis. Sensewear can accurately monitor and quantify the activity levels and energy expenditure of cystic fibrosis patients during acute exacerbations.
Wristband
Gathers info such as body & skin temp, tri-axial acceleration and galvanic skin response to understand how various physical and emotional stimuli affect a patient manage the chronic condition.

Monitors physical activities by detecting gait cycle, locomotion patterns, acceleration, spinal/joint shock wave transmission and cardiovascular recovery to help tailor health interventions.
